Be the hero of breakfast and come make bagels with us! Learn our bagel recipe and the tips and tricks we’ve developed after making thousands of bagels! Bagels aren’t hard to make, but they do require a few specific ingredients and skills. We are excited to share our secrets! Get a behind-the-scenes tour of our operation, and spend time with owner Katie in our kitchen.
All classes are from 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM, they are at our shop- 436 Chestnut Street, Berea, Kentucky.
LEARN TO MAKE BAGELS | $60
Participants will leave the class with a dozen freshly made bagels, our printed bagel recipes, 5lbs of high-gluten flour, our favorite yeast, and a jar of everything bagel spice.
Classes are limited to 8 participants, and people younger than 16 must be accompanied by and adult.
CLASS ADD ONS | $30
Take your bagel making to the next level with 20 sheets of professional parchment paper, food-grade lye for making pretzel bagels, disposable gloves, a generous assortment of seeds and toppings, and a 5 lb bag of our whole-grain bagel flour mix made with local flours.
